Workout Goal

Hey guys! I hope you've been enjoying your family day so far :)

I am home for spring break this week and I am very excited because my parents own an elliptical trainer. It is such a great machine to use for a full body cardio work out, especially if you have bad knees like I do.

A few days ago I posted four workout videos I have been using to workout at home every day. Today I came across another video, posted by blogilates, that is 30 minutes long and works out your legs, abs, and arms! I have yet to try it, but it is going to be my ultimate goal once I keep working out frequently every day and feel confident enough to attempt it.

Do you set personal goals for yourself while working out? What are some of your own personal goals to help you become healthier?
